This is a simple dish full of flavour, with Brussels sprouts baked in the oven with bacon, almonds, chilli and butter. The combination creates a lovely balance of crisp, salty and soft textures and flavours, making the dish an obvious choice when you want to make something both easy and tasty. It works well on its own, but also works really well as accessories for meat, for example.

250 gr. diced bacon

An easy dish with less washing-up
This recipe is a good choice when you want to keep things quick and simple in the kitchen. The dish tastes good on its own, but also works really well as accessories for meat, for example. If you use a pan that can go straight from the oven to the table, it also makes it easy to serve the dish directly with less washing-up.
