When you make a purchase on our website, we will always offer you at least one shipping option that is free. However, due to many requests from our customers, we also offer other shipping options that are more flexible than the standard ones. At ONYX COOKWARE™, we offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. This warranty covers all aspects of our products; from the integrity of the product's structure and shape to the coating itself.

The coating is also covered by the warranty. Our products are specifically designed to have the most durable non-stick coating available on the market today. Should it happen that the coating comes off or is otherwise degraded, this is also covered by the warranty.
