How it works

The double steel wall holds the temperature, and the screen in the lid always shows how hot the drink is. A UV-C lamp in the lid shines down into clear drinks and removes most bacteria, so the bottle doesn't pick up bad smells.

Questions about the flask

Still unsure? We're always here to help.

What can I put in the bottle?

Almost anything. The bottle handles both hot and cold drinks, so water, juice, tea, coffee, milk, hot chocolate and fizzy drinks are all fine. It keeps hot drinks hot for 12 hours and cold drinks cold for up to 24 hours.

What does the UV light do?

The UV-C lamp in the lid shines down into the drink and removes most bacteria, so the bottle doesn't pick up bad smells. The light has to get through, so the drink needs to be clear, such as water or clear squash.

What does the screen on the lid show?

The screen always shows the temperature of the drink, so you know whether your coffee is still hot. The bottle can also remind you to drink water every 90 minutes, and you switch the reminder on and off with a couple of taps.

Can the bottle survive a drop?

The bottle is made of powder-coated 316 stainless steel and is built to survive a fall from 2 metres. So it can go in your bag without a worry and come along on trips, to work and at the weekend.

How long is the warranty?

There's a 2-year warranty. If a fault appears, write to us through the claims portal with a short description and a photo or video, and our claims team will help you from there.

What if it's not for me?

You have 100 days to return it, even if you've used it. If it's not for you, register the return in our customer portal, get a free return label and your money back once we've received the item.
