Grill spatula or turner: what's the difference?

They're similar, and both turn and move food. The difference is that you can cut with both sides of the grill spatula: one is finely serrated, the other coarser, for bread for example. The turner has one sharp side and a bottle opener.

How do I clean it?

Always let it cool first. Brush off leftover food with a grill brush or a washing-up brush, then hand wash it in warm water with a little mild soap. That way the steel keeps its smart finish.
