Sparkling Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

• 1 espresso capsule
  

• Tonic water or sparkling water
  

• Ice cubes
  

• A slice of lemon

How to make it:

1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
   

2. Pour in the tonic or sparkling water.
   

3. Brew a shot of espresso over the top.
   

4. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
