Questions about the glove

Still unsure? We're always here to help.

Contact us

Does the glove mean I can't cut myself?

Sadly, no. The glove is cut-resistant to level 5 and protects against the small slips where the knife would otherwise cut straight in. But it can't stop every cut, so still slice calmly and with care.

Does it fit left and right hands?

Yes. The glove works on both left and right hands, so it fits whichever hand you cut with. Wear it on the hand that holds the food, as that's the one the knife most often comes close to.

How long is the warranty?

There's a 2-year warranty, and it covers both the product's shape and structure. If a fault appears, make a claim through our claims portal. Describe the fault and attach a photo or video, and we'll get back to you by email.

What if it's not for me?

Use it at home for up to 100 days. If it's not for you, register the return in our customer portal and get a free return label. Your money comes back once we've received the item, even if it's been used.
