That's why we have made the ONYX COOKWARE™ AIR FRYER with a very durable non-stick coating inside the basket, to ensure that no food gets stuck and that it can easily be cleaned with a simple cloth or sponge. But actually, there is no need for manual cleaning. The entire basket, including the handle, is dishwasher proof! When it's dirty, detach the basket, put it in the dishwasher, and boom it's clean!
