How it works

The compressor chills and churns at the same time, so nothing needs freezing ahead. Pour in the mixture, choose slush or soft serve, and adjust the texture. Afterwards it rinses itself through with warm water.

Questions about the soft serve machine

Still unsure? We're always here to help.

Contact us

Does anything need freezing ahead?

No. The built-in compressor chills and churns at the same time, so you can pour in the mixture and start straight away. No tubs in the freezer and no planning the day before.

What can I make in it?

Slush and soft serve, but also milkshakes, frappés, smoothies and frozen cocktails. You adjust the texture to suit what you're making, from runny slush to thick soft serve.

How do I clean it?

Run the rinse programme and the machine pumps warm water through the container and spout. For a thorough clean, the container, stirrer, drip tray and spout come off and can be rinsed in warm soapy water.

Can the slush powder stain the container?

Strong colours, such as mango and orange, can give the container a light tint over time. It doesn't affect the machine, its quality or its safety, only how the container looks.

What if it's not for me?

Use it at home for up to 100 days. If it's not for you, register the return in our customer portal and you'll get a free return label. You get your money back once we've received it.

How long is the warranty?

There's a 2-year warranty. If a fault should appear, register the claim in our customer portal with a short description and a photo or video, and we'll help you from there.
