It’s faster than using the oven, and you don’t have to heat up your whole kitchen – the airfryer makes baking simple when you’re craving something fresh but don’t want the hassle.
What You’ll Need
For 4 small bagels:

150 ml Greek yogurt (preferably 10% fat for best texture)

150 ml self-raising flour*
*No self-raising flour? Use regular all-purpose flour and add 1½ tsp baking powder + ½ tsp salt.
Optional toppings:

1 egg for brushing

Sesame seeds, poppy seeds, or shredded cheese
How to Make Them

Mix the dough
Stir together the yogurt and flour in a bowl. Finish by kneading with your hands – the dough should be soft, but not sticky.

Shape the bagels
Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each piece into a log and shape into a ring – that’s your bagel shape.

Get them airfryer-ready
Brush with egg and sprinkle with your chosen topping. Place the bagels on a piece of baking paper that fits your airfryer basket.

Preheat to 180°C. Bake the bagels for 10–12 minutes until golden and cooked through.
